Launch-partner programme

Five Irish businesses. A free website each. Here's the deal.

I'm new to the Irish market and I'd rather earn a reputation than buy one. So I'm building five Irish businesses a completely free website — the same standard a paying client gets — in exchange for an honest review, a testimonial, and an introduction or two. You get a proper site. I get the proof and the relationships. A genuine win-win.

Five spots only. When they're gone, they're gone.

The honest bit

A new business with no Irish case studies and no reviews is a hard sell — even when the work is good. I could throw money at ads, or I could put that effort into building five businesses something genuinely excellent and let the work speak. I'd rather the work spoke.

What you get

A proper website — completely free

  • A fast, modern website built from scratch — never WordPress, never a template
  • Built to rank locally and turn visitors into calls and enquiries
  • The exact same standard of work as a paying client gets
  • Yours outright — your code, your domain, your content, no lock-in, no monthly fees

What I ask in return

An honest exchange

An honest testimonial

A few honest words about how it went and whether the site made a difference — good or bad. I want the truth, not a favour.

A Google review

A genuine review on my Google Business Profile. For a new business, that's worth more than any ad spend.

Permission to show the work

The right to feature your site as a case study — so the next business can see what I actually build.

An intro or two

If you know other Irish business owners who could use a proper site, a quick introduction. No pressure, only if it's genuine.

How it works

Four steps, no catch

01

Tell me about your business

Fill in the form below — what you do, where you're based, and what you need a website to actually achieve. Takes a few minutes.

02

I pick five good fits

I'm looking for real Irish businesses I can genuinely help and build a relationship with — not the five fastest to reply. I'll be straight with you either way.

03

We build it — properly

Same process, same standard as any paying client. Fixed scope, agreed up front, built fast. You're involved the whole way.

04

You put in your side

Once it's live and you're happy, you leave an honest review, a testimonial, and introduce me to anyone else who could use the help.

Five spots · Irish businesses only

Tell me about your business

Five spots, real Irish businesses only. Tell me what you do and what you need a website to achieve — I'll come back to you straight, whether it's a yes or a no.

I'm not after the five fastest to reply — I'm after five businesses I can genuinely help and build a relationship with. So a few honest lines about where your work comes from now, and where it's falling short, tells me far more than a polished pitch.

A good fit looks like this:

  • A real Irish business that needs work coming in the door
  • Happy to give honest feedback and a review once it's live
  • Up for being shown as a case study if it goes well
  • Ready to put a bit of time into getting it right with me

Applications are open now. I'll come back to you within a day or two — and even if it's a no this time, you'll get a straight answer and a pointer or two on what would actually move the needle for you.

Run a charity or community group instead? That's The One — a free site a year, nominated by the public.

Common questions

Launch partners — common questions

Is the website really free?

Yes — the build is genuinely free, no fee and no hidden costs. In return I ask for an honest review, a testimonial, the right to feature the work, and any genuine introductions you can make. That's the deal, and it's a fair one for both of us.

Why are you doing this?

I'm building a name in the Irish market and I'd rather earn a reputation through real work than buy it through ads. Five strong case studies and a handful of honest reviews are worth far more to a new business than a month of Google Ads. You get a proper site; I get the proof and the relationships. Win-win.

What's the catch?

There genuinely isn't one on the build. The site is yours outright — your domain, your code, no lock-in, no monthly fees, no obligation to pay for anything afterwards. The only thing I ask is that you hold up your side: an honest review and a willingness to be featured.

How is this different from The One?

The One is my charity programme — every year I build one Irish charity or community group a free website, nominated by the public. That's about giving back. The launch-partner programme is for commercial businesses and it's a straight exchange: a free build for honest feedback and referrals. If you run a charity or community group, head to The One instead.

What kind of businesses are you looking for?

Real Irish businesses that need a website to actually bring in work — trades, hospitality, clinics, shops, professional services, anyone. The main thing is that you're up for being involved, giving honest feedback, and putting your name to the result if it's good.

Five free websites. Five Irish businesses. Is one of them yours?

A genuinely free build in exchange for honesty and a few introductions. When the five spots are gone, that's it.
